I know a lot of ppl that have no clue what the voices in Brias Interlude are saying, I was one of them lol It sounded familiar when i first heard it but I couldnt place the song. Its actually a song from Missy And they are saying

Come on Missy drive with me"
Pretty much nothing to do with the song but still sounds good none the less lol.
